Hot Plastic Forming – for precise quality

Thermal bending of plastic is carried out by heating the material to a certain temperature at which it is pliable and can be bent to the desired shape. Professional machines allow you to heat only the desired part of the product to be bent. After hot bending, the product is cooled. Thermoforming allows the cooled and shaped product to be reshaped by repeated heating and shaping with the help of the machine.

To ensure that the material is not damaged by hot bending, we use professional machines specifically designed for plastic bending.
