Purchase Rules
UAB "MGM Baltic" purchasing rules
1. General provisions
1.1 These rules are binding on all buyers who use www.mgmbaltic.lt.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change the Rules and it is the Buyer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with them before each purchase.
1.3 The Buyer is obliged to provide correct personal data, to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and these Rules.
2. Conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement
2.1 The Purchase Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order in the online shop and pays for the Goods.
2.2 The Seller shall have the right to cancel the order if the Buyer fails to provide the necessary data or fails to make payment.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse to execute an order if the balance of the Goods changes due to a technical error or a disruption in the supply of Goods.
3. Prices and payment of goods
3.1 All prices for the Goods are quoted in Euro (€) including VAT (if applicable).
3.2 Payment can be made in the following ways:
- By bank transfer
- Electronic banking
- Payment by card
- Through third party payment systems (e.g. PayPal, Stripe)
3.3 The Seller shall have the right to change the prices of the Goods without prior notice, but the prices of orders already placed shall remain unchanged.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1 The Goods shall be delivered in Lithuania and, if specified, to other countries.
4.2 Delivery methods:
- Courier service (Venipak, Omniva, DPD, LP Express, etc.)
- Post Offices
- On-site pick-up (if applicable)
4.3. Delivery time: [e.g. 2-5 working days]depending on the delivery method chosen.
4.4 The Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by the fault of the courier service or force majeure (force majeure) circumstances.
5. Returns and warranty
5.1 The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from receiving it, without giving a reason (except where exceptions apply under Lithuanian law).
5.2 Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
5.3. Refunds shall be made within [e.g. 7 working days] from the date of return.
5.4 Warranty obligations are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
6. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
6.1 The Buyer shall have the right to:
- Purchase goods in accordance with these rules;
- Require quality and proper delivery of goods;
- Withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2 The Buyer undertakes: - Provide correct information when booking;
- Pay for goods on time;
- Comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. Seller's rights and responsibilities
7.1 The Seller shall be entitled to:
- Temporarily or permanently close your shop;
- Refuse to fulfil an order if the buyer does not comply with the rules;
- Modify the rules by notifying the website.
7.2 The Seller undertakes: - Ensuring the quality of goods;
- Deliver ordered goods on time;
- Protect the buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable law.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 The Buyer's data shall be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and shall not be passed on to third parties without lawful basis.

9. Final provisions
9.1 All disputes shall be settled by negotiation and, in the event of failure to reach agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2 If any part of these Rules becomes invalid, the remaining parts shall remain valid.
