CNC milling
Special machines are used to automatically machine the material, where a milling cutter rotates on its axis and a powerful laser cuts the product out of the material plate using computer-controlled parameters. Our machines allow us to mill the desired size, shape or image on the material of your choice.
The most common applications for CNC milling are wood, plexiglass and plastics.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting allows you to cut the desired shape, size and quality quickly, with exceptional precision and accuracy, even for the smallest parts. The laser can be used to cut plexiglass, MDF, solid wood, artificial stone (Corian), various plastics (PMMA, PET-G, PP).
Painting and adhesive filming
We paint products with special paints best suited to the material from which the product is made, which are resistant to environmental influences and ensure a presentable appearance throughout the product's lifetime. We paint all surfaces. We also use adhesive film for product decoration. It is used on advertising products, cars, promotional furniture and other products.
Plastic polishing
Diamond polishing machines polish plexiglass and plastic parts to achieve perfect and ideal edge clarity and shine.
Thermoforming and vacuum forming
Hot moulding gives the plastic the desired shape. By combining thermoforming with vacuum forming, we can produce unique volumetric products from plastic. We process plexiglass, polycarbonate and various other plastics using thermoforming.
Bonding of plastics
Using the highest quality adhesives and technology, we combine individual plastic parts into one product. We glue all thicknesses and all types of plastics.
Bending plastic
We use special machines to bend products of various thicknesses of plexiglass and plastic into the desired shapes: stands, brackets, and various technical parts.
Bending of plastics is carried out either by hot forming (thermoforming) or by cold forming. Bending organic glass is one of our most popular bending services, but we can also process products made of polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester and other plastics.
Screen printing
We can print directly or transfer-print on the desired product. This method of printing is used on a wide range of textiles, paper, cardboard, PVC sheeting, various plastics, wood, leather, glass and metals.
Design, layout and drafting
All layout work is carried out by MGM Baltic's professional design team, working with the latest 3D and other design software. We provide not only the idea and initial sketch visualisations, but also the product design and drawings on which the product will be based.
Production and installation
We not only produce unique, one-off, mass-produced products, but also produce advertising. We can offer production from prototype to final product.
Our services also include installation of advertising products throughout Lithuania and abroad. We install not only stands, pylons, advertising signs, but also exhibition islands and exhibition stands, helping our clients prepare for exhibitions in any foreign country.
